How to Delete Your Data
If you can sign in, open Preferences and use the account deletion control to permanently delete your account. If you cannot access your account, email jr@waterloo.digital with the subject line “Delete My Account” from the email address associated with your account.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and profile information
- Your authentication sessions, connected sign-in accounts, and reset tokens
- Household membership and preferences
- Your push tokens, notification preferences, ratings, and dismissal history
- Your personal links in audit, usage, notification, and invite records
- If you are the last household member, the household's recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, invites, import jobs, and preferences
Timeline
Self-service deletion starts immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days, and you will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
